Cookie Policy

We keep cookies to a minimum: one to keep you signed in, and a first-party analytics cookie that ties your visits together once you accept it. Nothing here is used for advertising.

Essential

• ch_session — keeps you signed in to your account. Strictly necessary; the site can't authenticate you without it. Expires after 30 days.
• ch_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie choice (accepted or declined) in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again on every visit. Strictly necessary; storing no other data.

Analytics

We use an analytics provider to understand traffic, downloads, and product usage, routed through our own first-party domain rather than a third-party one directly. Before you make a choice, and if you decline, it still counts visits and key actions anonymously — using a privacy-preserving identifier PostHog computes on its servers, with nothing stored in your browser. Once you accept, it additionally sets a cookie to recognize repeat visits and tie events to the same visitor across a session. Either way, this data is used for our own product decisions only — it's never sold, and never used to target ads.

Third-party checkout

When you buy a product or leave a tip, checkout happens in a window run by our payment processor. They may set their own cookies there, under their own policy — we don't control those.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential session cookie will sign you out and prevent signing back in; declining the analytics cookie won't affect anything you can do on the site.
